1.Steelmama Factory

we have our own production base，Material workshop, parts processing workshop, machine assembly workshop, storage warehouse and most importantly, a large, close-knit team.
We have a highly efficient team of engineers, technical experts, and industry consultants who have rich experience in robotic arm development and application.
2.Material Workshop

Our raw materials are maintained at 100 tons all year round, including 45# shaft materials, Gcr15 steel roller materials, Gcr12steel rollers, 20mm thick steel side plates, steel blades, H-shaped steel and other raw materials required for various machines
3.Roller Processing Work Shop

Roller processing: We have a CNC lathe for roller processing. The main processing methods for rollers are: ordinary lathe, fine turning, quenching, re-fine turning, chrome plating
Roller Shaft processing: 4 ordinary lathes are used for shaft production. The shaft processing methods are lathe, straightening, and fine grinding.
4.Blade Grinding

The grinder is used for fine grinding of the blade to ensure accuracy.
5.Plate processing

Iron plate processing: 1 100-ton laser cutting machine, 4 milling machines, and 2 grinders. Different processing methods are used for iron plates according to their thickness, including laser cutting and milling cutting.
6.Machine Painting Workshop

The color and brand of the machine are customized according to customer needs, and the thickness of the paint is consistent. The thickness of each layer of paint is controlled between 25~30um, and the overall thickness is between 80~100um.
The paint coating of mechanical machine tool accessories is divided into three processes: spraying primer, topcoat and varnish.
7.Assembly workshop

The assembly workshop is 3000 square meters, assembling about 500 machines per year and can accommodate about 100 machines
8.Roll Forming Machine in Stock

After the machine is completed, we will test it. After the machine is ready for production and has passed inspection, we will put it in the warehouse and wait for the customer to ship it.
