The light steel keel machine is a type of cold-forming equipment—specifically, a single-roll forming unit capable of producing finished purlins of various specifications. It primarily consists of a leveling device, a passive uncoiler, a post-forming cutting mechanism, a punching unit, a hydraulic station, and a computer control system.
These keels serve as a primary material in the construction of light steel structures and are manufactured by cold-forming steel plates or steel strips.
Light steel keels have a wide range of applications and are ubiquitous in daily life—found in settings such as hotels, airport terminals, bus stations, railway stations, amusement parks, and more—demonstrating immense market potential.
1. For ceilings without additional loads, C-type light steel studs are utilized. These primarily serve as the main supporting members for single-layer ceiling structures. Typically, they are connected using suspension rods or lightweight hangers, with the lower ends hooking into the slots located on both sides of the C-type studs.

2. T-type main studs are designed for lightweight ceiling systems. We generally employ matching T-type suspension clips; the upper section connects to the suspension rods, while the lower section clamps onto the T-type stud. In some specific instances, galvanized iron wire rods are threaded through pre-drilled holes in the studs to be hooked and secured by binding.

3. Conversely, for load-bearing ceiling studs—specifically those supporting additional loads—specialized load-bearing hangers are used. These hangers connect to the threaded lower ends of steel reinforcement suspension rods; the connection is then secured firmly by tightening the corresponding nuts.

The joints within the light steel stud framework are secured using T-type stud connectors. The connection between the secondary studs and the main studs is achieved via a simple interlocking insertion mechanism, which typically requires no additional accessories. However, if the ceiling is subject to additional loads or covers a large surface area, U-type load-bearing studs are required. In such cases—once the suspension rods have been installed—U-type main stud hangers are first used to link the U-type main studs to the suspension rods; subsequently, T-type stud clips are utilized to connect the longitudinal T-type studs to the U-type main studs.
